Additional catering info

All Caterings must be made at least 48 hrs before delivery day. Will set up stations upon arrival. Price includes, plates, plasticware, serving utensils, and all steam pans will come with 2hr heat burners. Everything can be tossed after the event. All caterings over 100 people will have  an automatic 20% gratuity added.
